Our hosting and support package includes the hosting of all your website files, images, and site pages (general .com, blog, etc.) with a disk space limit of 10GB - plenty of room for your online ecosystem. While it is possible to host some video content, we strongly recommend using YouTube or another third party video hosting service, as they can accommodate the space required for videos, and provide you with great SEO benefits by using their known platform. 

SEO stand for Search Engine Optimization. Basically it is how well your website ranks when someone searches for keywords related to your business. For example, if I search for smoothie bowls near me I will see results. The better your SEO strategy and execution, the higher up on the results list you will appear. SEO is typically a great way to get your digital marketing started as it's lower cost. Outside of initial set-up costs to enhance your SEO, once started it is very low cost and doesn't require the monthly fees associated with paid search and advertising.

This question is highly dependent on your business goals and how well your current online presence is currently performing. The average lifespan for a website is anywhere between 3-5 years. This is because of technological advancements (such as AI capabilities and modern design practices) that can greatly improve your online experience - which is what your customers expect to find when they visit your site. Yes! We are always available for a phone call or to respond to an email. Generally we respond to emails the same business day, but will reach out within 24 hours. For our hosting customers, we can help troubleshoot issues related to site updates, general hosting issues (site speed, page availability, upgrades, etc.). We also offer hourly services rates for bigger support needs and can provide you with a quote for larger work requests.

Yes! You will be able to make any necessary updates to your website, such as updates to your home page content, image management, and service pages. We do offer support free of charge should you need assistance with site maintenance related issues. Should we need to make updates for you, or if you require assistance with larger work, we will walk you through our transparent pricing structure. We also offer "hands-off" digital marketing services to help elevate your online experience and achieve your business goals.
